Students work closely with faculty practitioners while examining how social work can address complex challenges faced by individuals, organizations, and communities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Curriculum overview<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The curriculum emphasizes three core areas: inclusive leadership, advanced clinical practice, and teaching and education. Students explore leadership strategies for building socially just organizations, advanced practice models for working with complex client populations, and pedagogical approaches used in social work education. Coursework covers topics such as crisis and conflict resolution, clinical flexibility, mentoring and supervision, and inclusive teaching practices. The program concludes with a capstone project that enables students to investigate a real-world issue in social work and apply doctoral-level knowledge to professional practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Online learning experience<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The program is delivered through live, weekly online classes that promote active participation and collaboration among students and faculty.
